- We offer standard and expedited shipping within Australia.
- Standard shipping: Delivery typically within 2 to 10 business days depending on your location.
- Expedited shipping: Delivery within 2 to 7 business days.
- Shipping rates vary based on weight and destination. You can view the shipping rates during checkout.
3. International Shipping:
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and shipping method.
- Delivery times for international orders typically range from 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the destination country and any customs delays.
- Customs duties and taxes may apply to international orders, which are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Shipping Carrier
- For both domestic and international orders, we partner with trusted carriers such as Sendle, DHL or Australia Post to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
- Please note that tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to reflect once the carrier has processed the shipment.

8. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, New Zealand, and Tasmania. At this time, we do not offer international shipping to countries outside of this list. We're working on explanding our delivery services and look forward to shipping worldwide in the near future.
